Toledo Zoo - Toledo, OH Review

Toledo Zoo is a wonderful place to visit! Where I live it is equal distance to there or the detroit zoo, I pick Toledo every time. It's nicer, cleaner, less congested, and the staff is much friendlier. I can take my toddler son there during the day when most kids are at school and we can walk around (well he gets pulled in the wagon) and enjoy the day. Their animals are awesome and their viewing areas are set up well. They have a train ride through the safari and a carousel for the kids. They have special events around the holidays. I haven't been to their holiday lights yet, but want to go. I have been to the zoo boo (I took my son the little boo for smaller children) and he enjoyed it very much.
