I have been a vegetarian for many years and love to host parties around the holidays for family and friends. It is always hard for me to find something vegan friendly to serve that not only I will love, but my nonvegetarian friends will love too. You can't go wrong with Tofurky!

Our family is a huge fan of the Tofurky roast and gravy, even our two year old son loves it. We first purchased this for Thanksgiving two years ago and it has been a part of every holiday and major gathering since. The Tofurky roast has a great taste and texture, similar to that of turkey but not so much that it would turn a veg*an off. The stuffing is tastey and light and fluffy. I found the meal to be very filling! The mushroom based gravy is great on the roast, but I like it on mashed potatoes more. The roast is extremely easy to prepare.
