— Our family is a huge fan of the Tofurky roast and gravy, even our two year old son loves it. We first purchased this for Thanksgiving two years ago and it has been a part of every holiday and major gathering since. The Tofurky roast has a great taste and texture, similar to that of turkey but not so much that it would turn a veg*an off. The stuffing is tastey and light and fluffy.
