Our family is a huge fan of the Tofurky roast and gravy, even our two year old son loves it. We first purchased this for Thanksgiving two years ago and it has been a part of every holiday and major gathering since. The Tofurky roast has a great taste and texture, similar to that of turkey but not so much that it would turn a veg*an off. The stuffing is tastey and light and fluffy. I found the meal to be very filling! The mushroom based gravy is great on the roast, but I like it on mashed potatoes more. The roast is extremely easy to prepare. There is a simple recipe on the box to make a mixture for basting, and you just pop it in the oven, with some veggies if you'd like...no cooking skills required. The only "con" is that Tofurky items are on the somewhat more expensive side; however, I feel they're worth the price. I've always been satisfied with every Tofurky item I've purchased.
