Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a garage fan from these people. I received a confirmation notice and number. After nearly two weeks of no merchandise or notice of shipment I called. I got someone in customer service who did not speak very good English who said there was no record of my confirmation number though it was charged to my credit card.
