I ordered a garage fan from these people.   I received a confirmation notice and number.  After nearly two weeks of no merchandise or notice of shipment I called.  I got someone in customer service who did not speak very good English who said there was no record of my confirmation number though it was charged to my credit card.  He said just dispute it with my credit card company and rudely hung up on me.  Incredibly poor customer service.

I received my credit from American Express, but I am still dumbfounded by Today's Concept total lack of cooperation.

I talked to the company again yesterday. This time I got someone who could speak English. She said she would investigate and get back with me. Of course she did not so I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Buyer beware!
