terrible return service, still waiting to receive the credit back, Customer service is unresponsive.

Wow! I am extremely disappointed in the customer service, it sounds like this Tobi business is run out of someone's basement. When I called to place the order, it sounded like the person who answered the phone just woke up or had to get out of bed to take the call. Perhaps they should spend less money on advertising and more money on customer service and quality of product. It took FOREVER to receive the item, and when you go to return the customer has to pay for shipping which was over $30, so not only was I disappointed, but I ended up losing the $30. Please take my advise and go to a reputable department store to purchase such an item, as you will at least be able to return the item in a civilzed fashion, or at the very least be happy with your purchase.
