Too hot to handle!!!

concerned about safety, rude service offends me
Pros

    sleeve crease feature is nice, steaming is better for clothes

Cons
    Missing items from package, ...without burning your hands, Argumentative staff, The handle gets hot and burns your hand, Customer service is unresponsive., Poorly trained phone receptionists, You can't steam the bottom of a garment

The Tobi Steamer seems like a great product, as do most, when demonstrated on televsion.  However, customer service is poorly trained, argumentative and unresponsive to questions, concerns, emails and phone calls.

 The handle gets incredibly hot and forces me to stop my steaming because it burns my hands.  Sleeve creases are easy enough to do but steaming the bottom edge of  a garment is nearly impossible without burning your hands.

I did not receive the complete order and have emailed the company, once again, to no response.  I dread having to make another phone call.  Definitely would not recommend this particular steamer to a friend or family member.

I bought one last week and so did my sister. I haven't had time to use it but my sister just left me a message and said "DON'T BOTHER OPENING YOURS!!" I just called her back and she said she tried it on several things...and it did NOTHING!! The wrinkles didn't come out! Needless to say she is taking hers back to Wal-Mart and so am I.....Wal-Mart has them for $19.88.

I recently placed my order for the tobi, I ordered one, they charged me for two. When I called their customer service, they were extremely rude and not willing to help. I left my number for the manager to call but haven't heard anything back yet!!!

I have heard everything since I placed my order. I still do not have the product. I have called so many times it is crazy. I have been told to call back and I have. to only get a voice mail. I leave message after message and no return phone calls. This is not what I expected. I really would like to get in-touch with some-one that will just take care of the problems. Not just a customer service person that is only doing there job and that can only go so far. Upper management should be calling me back or e-mailing me. Since they must have your e-mail address. My compliments are not about the product since I have not received it, But about the customer service. With out good customer service you are in trouble. Good luck if you need them.
