I got this bread machine as a Christmas gift 3 years ago and regrettably didn't use it until a year later. I love bread so for the following Christmas, I made a loaf using this bread machine. It's incredibly easy to use and I didn't have to worry about messing with it while I was cooking the rest of dinner. I used a pre-packaged bread mix and I have yet to make a loaf from recipe. I have used this machine for many things, whether it's baking bread or making various doughs and it has never once let me down. Super easy to use and comes with great recipes.
