Toastmaster Bread Machine RBR15 Review

I got my Toastmaster Bread Machine RBR 15 from a college kid holding a yard sale--$2, can you believe it? The boy raved on and on about how much he used it and how easy it was to turn out bread that tasted really great. I figured, hey, for $2 I'll take it home and give it a try.

I'm a bit of a bread snob, love to make my own yeast  or sourdough creations, so I had held off getting a machine. I couldn't imagine what the advantage to owning one might be. Well, it came with a recipe booklet for a wide variety of breads, so I got to try new recipes. It saves me time when I want homemade bread but need to be doing other things, so I can load up the pan and come back later to find the work is done. It is amazingly simple to operate, so I don't get frustrated trying to figure out which buttons to push. And, hallelujah, it is very, very easy to clean!

It's only disadvantage is that it is a little noisy, but that isn't a very big deal. I would recommend this machine to anyone!
