For a dial up ISP they are the best!!  For $9.95 a month or less if you pay by the year.  They have an accelerator that really works not like some that I have tried.  Also, numberous numbers to call to connect with.  If you have a problem you talk with someone in the USA.  You can even email them and they will email you back with a response.  They are friendly and very nice to talk with.

I agree the tech support does speak the American english and is helpful. But, the dial-up connection is not that great. 65% - very slow connection; 10% is a good connection and 25% - 'connection interrupted'. I just read on another site, the lines are leased by Verizon! Yes, they do have an illegal monopoly going on....What was the purpose of breaking up AT&T monopoly in the early 1980's?
