For anyone active (and not ready for a heart rate monitor), this really is a great sports watch. It has many built in features- and the learning curve is small, particularly if you read the instructions. It remembers run times and stores the information, so you can look back over the course of a few weeks, and see what you did in the past. It also has two different times, which i love to use when i'm traveling and am in a different time zone. Only issue i've ever had is that once in a while i accidently push a button just by bending my wrist, but its a minor annoyance. I've had it for over two years, and use it as my everyday watch, as well as for keeping track of all my workouts.
