    NO PICTURE, terrible customer service, problems with HD service, picture freezes, LAME EXCUSES, sound goes off, scrambled picture

Time Warner Cable - Digital Phone Service  — 

When it come to cable provider, do not choose Time Warner Cable. I have no choice but to have them because it's the only one in my area. I have had so many problems with Time Warner...I've lost count how many times a tech has come to my home. I have had my picture freeze on my tv a number of times, which by the way, I even turn off the cable and the picture was still on...lol. I'll be watching tv and the picture will freeze for a few moments and them come back on, missing some of the show I was watching or the sound will go out...and by the way, all this happens on new tv's...and the list goes on. This has been going on for a few months with a tech coming out more than twice a month while installing a new box each time and the only thing they did for me when I finally said something was 5 days free of service...lol...and I'm still to this day having problems.

I will say that the tech person was really nice and helpful each time, but they just can't fix the problem...

Well sir, I am a Mrs. If you actually took the time to look at my name, you would know that. You said you work for Time Warner, then how come you could figure out, that just by reading my message, there is something wrong with my line and the 4 or 5 times a Time Warner tech. came to my place of residence could not figure that out? Again, not saying much for your company. And another thing, since we're stuck with Time Warner cable, we decided just to go with the basic cable and with all the trouble we were receiving with Time Warner and the amount of times they had to visit my home, did they offer to refund the difference all the months we had digital cable from the cost of basic cable....NOOOO! Because that would mean that Time Warner would have to admit that their customer service sucks and that their digital cable sucks! I'm sorry, but Time Warner has not proven to me that they actually care about there customers only their "Bottom Line." Which is funny, because the customers make your "Bottom Line."

Well sir, I am sorry you feel this way. I work for Time Warner and we are always trying to help our customer with issues like the one you are having. It sure sounds to me like you have an issue with you're line and a new converter would not solve the issue. Hopefully going forward we can fix this, if the issue is not already fixed.
