I had time warner for 2 years. I have 2 tv's and one of the boxes was not working for a month... I was not able to call because I was very busy...I called to report the problem and to request credit for the service I did not received... they declined to provide me with the credit. I asked them to cancel the account, and they did. This company would rather lose a good client than to give credit for the service they did not provide.
