I hate this digital phone service.
appreciative of good customer service, not rich

Time Warner Cable - Digital Phone Service —
I don't think it's possible to find a "worse" company than Time Warner. People do not answer the phone, put on hold forever, and then get disconnected. They say if you report an outage, you'll get credit for the day . . hello . . digital phones do not work when there is an outage, so unless it is a large outage, or weather related, you could wait for weeks to notify them. Of course they think everybody in this world own a cell phone, well ...hello again... no towers in this area, and no cell phone signals either. Not a bit happy with this service or company.
