Time Warner Cable - Company Review

I'm really fed up with Time Warner Cable.  They're the only cable service offered here, so if you want to see any television, you have to use them.  I pay almost $ 150.00 for my package of regular channels, HBO, Showtime, and the "On Demand" stations.  On Demand is GREAT when it's working,  Unfortunately, that is hardly ever.

On Demand is supposed to be for watching movies, television programs, documentaries, and you can watch them whenever you want.  You can pause, rewind, and fast forward throught he shows.  It's great for my kids because they can watch what they want whenever they're bored.  BUT ON DEMAND NEVER WORKS!!!  I've called the office & complained and they say that they'll send someone out.  But when the service person arrives at my home, they tell me there's nothing they can do.  I feel as though they just shuffle me in between techs & customer service and I get no satisfation at all.

Time Warner Cable is more interested in getting customers to buy different services, than they are servicing the customers they already have.  And with the amoun I pay, it is very frustrating.  Have you ever noticed if you call Time Warner you're given an option of either pushing a button to add a service, or pushing a button to speak with someone about a problem you're having?  Push the 'add a service' button & see how fast you're served!!  But try to speak with someone about a problem........you'll be holding for a looooonnnnngggggg time.  The other night I was on hold for 35 minutes.  Grrrrrrrrrr.........
