WORST THING THAT CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE!!

Cons
    Inconsistent, Poorly informed phone customer service r, Overpriced, Constantly escalating prices, Poor service, Poor customer service, terrible customer service & technicians, Lots of the same content

The service is lousy.

Customer service is lousy.

The products are lousy.

Has lousy package selection.

Lousy pricing!

HD TV has become a big joke. One buys 1080P TV to just watch 480p or 720p. 1080i isn't any better than 720p.  Cable service just changes at the most to 720p.
