Time Warner Cable - Company Review

Fed up with slow speed internet.  I pay for HIGH SPEED BROADBAND ROAD RUNNER, but most times I get dial-up speeds.

My HD DIGITAL cable is very ofter pixelated, with garbled audio.  It locks up for no apparent reason, and needs to be re-booted (a process whiich can take as long as 20 minutes.

TIME WARNER needs competition.
