Gobbles up home town cable company, terrible customer service!

I moved, across town.  They charge $35 to "hookup" your service when you relocate, on top of the rediculously high monthly prices they charge, even if they don't physically have to hook anything up (i.e. when you move in to a home or apartment that has just been moved out of and the cable isn't disconnected).  Time Warner's customer service speaks well and is polite, but the company as a whole does not care about its customers.
