Time Warner Cable - Company Review

I would have to say of every company I have ever dealt with Time Warner has the absolute worst service I have ever come across. It all started with the crazy technician that was sent out to my home who decide to have it out on the phone with his soon to be ex-wife in the middle of my living room. I have called them out several times with there gaurunteed on time service which I had to take 3 days off work to get since they repeatedly did not show up. I then had to go pick up my equiptment and install it myself. The majority of the issues I have dealt with are customer service related but there actual cable service is no better. We are rarely able to access the "Movies on Demand" and when we do they are frequently choppy. The last thing I would suggest is to order a movie when there are any clouds in sight. You will never get see the movie.
