Time Warner Cable - Company Review

I been having Time Warner Cable service because I have no other choices in my area. All they do is install a pipe to suck up your money by keep raising service charge and charging for something you even know that is existed! Do not call their help desk, I can teach you to take care of your problem: cancel the service and find another company, any company. All their "experienced technicians" are very experienced in blame your PC, router, even their own modem ( the one they provided to you!)  for no connection, intermittent or the "super blazing fast speed" at about the same with a dial up connection.

My last advice: Do not buy a house without checking if that house is in the TW monopoly area and no DSL service.
