Time Warner needs to up their game when it comes to customer service. I find most of the reps to be rude. I also would enjoy being able to understand the vast majority of them. I would like to have phone customer service able to speak clearly and more importantly with correct grammar.

Watch out for the guys in Costa Rica when you call for tech support on video issues. I usually wind up more angry than i started off.
