We used to have comcast and the service was great. Then Time Warner came in and took over and its never been the same. We constantly have problems with On-Demand and customer service is terrible. Recently we made an appointment because one of our hi-def channels wasn't working. They called us 3 times before our appointment to see if we wanted to cancel. It's like they don't want to make service calls. So much for "customer service". We're definitely considering going to AT&T.
