    Inconsistent, Poorly informed phone customer service r, Overpriced, Constantly escalating prices, Poor service, Poor customer service, Lots of the same content

Service goes out alot.  Keep raising rates but get nothing really for it.  Have no choice since where i live you cannot have satellite.
