After I purchased my Tim Love Collection Cast Iron Grill Pan and Press I looked for reviews. The ones I found said how bad they are with food sticking and such. Well I took my pan sprayed cooking oil on it and left it in my gas oven with just the piolet light for heat on untill I needed it. I must say I have never cooked bacon so easy in my life. It came out nice and flat NEVER sticking to the pan and best of all the press which just fits the inside of the pan kept any spatters inside the pan and not on me. On a bad note the pan is very heavy before you put food in it so if you want to as I did pour out the excess grease it is even more heavy to lift and drain. I do not see a frail person using this pan.
