My husband I and I recently moved into a home with a glass shower door. I was looking for something that I could merely spray on my shower door (without scrubbing or using a squeegee) after my daily shower to prevent hard water stains from forming. The label on this Tilex product claims that it will prevent soap scum and hard water buildup without rinsing, wiping or scrubbing, so I thought I would give it a try. I thoroughly cleaned my shower door and then used this product for a month. Even after that amount of time it did not maintain the cleanliness of the shower door. This product seems to work fine when doing my routine, bathroom cleaning, but it does not prevent hard water stains in my shower. The one benefit of this cleaning product is that the scent of the product is not overwhelming. It just makes the bathroom smell freshly-cleaned, not like other products where you can't be in the same room after they are used.

I use this Tilex shower cleaner to clean my fiberglass tub and shower surround, as well as the tub itself . It is a pretty old tub/shower unit and it is off- white and it seems like there is always some " guck" on it . After getting out of the shower each day, I just spray Tilex all over the tub surround walls and tub and let it sit for about 10 minutes . The smell can be pretty overpowering so I always turn on the vent fan and open a window whenever possible . After sitting for about 10 mins , you will see the streaky areas where you sprayed are much cleaner already with very minimal scrubbing or effort on your part . If you remember to do this on a daily basis , you will never have any kind of mold or mildew problem . If you have any kind of respiratory problems at all , this product is probably not for you because it does give off a strong odor but I guess that is because it REALLY does a good and thorough job of cutting through soap scum and any mildew spots - it really does work well even if you don't scrub it off - typically , I just turn on the water and let the water rinse it all off with no other scrubbing on my part except weekly .

I love Tilex Fresh Shower Daily Shower Cleaner. The bottle is easy to hold onto even when your hands are wet. The nozzle gives a nice even spray of cleaner. The trigger is easy to use. I like the length of the trigger because it gives the bottle a nice area to grip onto a shower caddy so you can leave the bottle right in the shower for everyone to use after they are done. The cleaning spray's scent can be a little strong and you definitely do not want to apply this spray cleaner with the shower curtain or shower door still closed while you are standing in the shower. I have discovered that when this product is used regularly, the soap scum build up is almost nonexistent. Using this product regularly definitely cuts down on the weekly general cleaning time. I have found this product to be very cost effective. Using this product has also cut down on the amount of other cleaners I have used.

Tilex Fresh Shower Daily Shower Cleaner is exactly as its named. This product is more for the daily upkeep of your shower. If your shower is clean to begin with, you just spray this after taking a shower, and its more of a preventative method to repel mildew and grime from building up on your glass shower door. I did use this for a few years, then just got lazy spraying it after every shower. If you stick with it, seems to keep your shower cleaner. Performance This cleaning product is more for PREVENTATIVE cleaning, so it works best when your shower stall is clean to begin with. I didn't see too much of a difference on the tiles, but you can tell that soap scum did NOT build up as quickly on my glass shower doors. I still had to do my regular bathroom cleaning, but the daily shower cleaner by Tilex helped to make it easier. Scent The scent of this Tilex spray is definitely "fresh". Its the typical bathroom clean smell with a hint of flowery shower clean. Not too overpowering.

We use this in my shower every day. We love it so much that when my local store stopped carrying the bottles or refills for I time, I started ordering from Amazon. I always have a case of refills in my storage because I worry it will become hard to find again. It is super easy to spray the shower after it is used and then I find I only really need to deep clean about every 6-8 weeks. It really makes cleaning my bathroom so much faster because it maintains the shower so well. We do have soft water in our home but I feel like this is a necessary cleaning product. I have tried other brands but Tilex is by far my favorite. The price is the same as other brands or at least close enough that it doesn't matter but I feel like the performance is better. I love a cleaning product that actually does what it advertises and makes my life easier. i prefer to buy the refills until my squeeze bottle starts wearing out and then I buy another bottle and continue to use it until it also needs to be replaced.

This product is great for cleaning the shower for most of us who are lazy, but the reason I chose 4 rather than 5 is that it's not an end in itself. The shower will still require cleaning, but it is the best of the shower cleaners. It cleans nicely while controlling mold and mildew but it doesn't make miracles happen overnight. It merely keeps dirt, mildew and such in control so you don't have to clean as much. And no work just get out of the shower and spray sides and floor. But not too much- too much spray leaves spots on the tiles, or whatever your shower is made of. You have to learn how much to spray. Of course it does mitigate the scrubbing and cleaning required if you weren't using it. Definitely a must have in the bathroom, especially if you're short on time. It will tide you over and keep the shower fresh until you can do a more thorough job. Performance Nice job but you have to know how much to use to avoid spots Scent I find it not as strong as scrubbing bubbles daily shower cleaner, the latter which wants to make me cough when I use it. Which is why I prefer the Tilex.

I'm giving **Tilex Fresh Shower Daily Shower Cleaner** an average rating because it seemed to work well in certain areas and poor in others. Overall, it's a decent product, but one that I probably wouldn't buy again. I would much rather clean my shower normally and do a good job, than have the "convenience" of spraying my shower daily and have it do a mediocre job. Performance My shower walls are made of white tiles and I have a plastic shower curtain. Each and every time I got out of the shower, I sprayed this product everywhere - tiles, grout and shower curtain. I started off with a freshly cleaned shower like the instructions say and now after using a whole bottle, I can see results in some areas, but not in others. The areas of the shower that get wet the least (back of the shower wall) are the cleanest. I did see that my opaque shower curtain looks better than it would have had I not used this product at all, but where I see no improvement is the front shower wall and on some grout. Around the faucet where bath water comes out, the tiles are orange from mildew. Also, the little bit of mold/mildew on the while caulk between the tub and tile did not go away or improve. Scent This product doesn't have a super strong chemical odor, but it definitely smells like a cleaning product.

Tilex was the first shower cleaner I used for daily cleaning.  It was recommended by my housecleaner and she was right... it really works.  Now on my own in the cleaning department, the ease of an after shower spray down saves me time scrubbing the shower.  Thank you Tilex.

With wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor tile in our shower area, keeping it free of mildew and mold can seem a little daunting.  Usually, a couple times a month, I'd just push up my sleeves and get ready to throw in a little elbow grease to get it sparkling again.  What a pain!  My husband and I looked around for something that might make the job a little easier  (some of that mildew is STUBBORN).  We tried a few products, and although our cleaning time was definitely reduced, but we were more interesting in finding something to prevent the problem, not just cure it once it had already happened.  Then we bought Tilex Fresh Scent Daily Shower Cleaner--and we were absolutely amazed at the difference!  All we had to do was spray it around the "wet" area after our morning showers and the mildew and mold simply did. not. return.  That's all there is to it.  Granted, spraying around that much Tilex every day can start getting pricey, so we tried cutting back a little.  Using it every other day still gave us the same results.  Now, once a month, the only thing I have to attack is the shower curtain!  Our tile is completely good-to-go.  If only the rest of our household cleaning was so easy!
