You will laugh your butt off here and have fun bartering for dirt cheap prices on all kinds of junk. You can get knock-off Gucci and Prada for 5-10 bucks while you are drunk in public and are smoking in all of the stores. People worry about getting out and shady things happening. It depends on the year.

I used to live in San Diego and anytime anyone came to visit they wanted to go to Tijuana. I never understood the appeal but dragged them there anyway. Maybe I needed to be drunk! LOL
