TigerDirect —
I bought a Dell refurbished desktop CPU from tigerdirect.com. In the first time itself the computer refused to boot up and all there was was a blank screen. When I read their policies carefully it said that for returning the product I will need to contact dell services. I did that and the Dell people told me that they cannot find the deal on which they leased the refurbished item to Tigerdirect. They told me they will contact again which never happened till date.I would advise people to read the fine print at tigerdirect very carefully before buying anything expensive. In fact totally avoid buying refurbished electronics from them. They are just selling junk for hundreds of dollars. Better get a new one, there won't be a huge difference in price.
