Absolutely the best place, as far as I'm concerned, to buy computer parts and electronics. I bought a computer here---their brand is Systemax, with all customer service IN THE USA! The computer was customized by myself, so I got what I wanted, and the price was simply fantastic for what I got. I also have bought a CD burner, a replacement floppy drive, a replacement power supply, several sticks of RAM, a digital camera (see my review of the HP Photosmart 527), and an SD card --- all from this site.I did have one small problem with the last order, I paid with PayPal, and apparently it wasn't working on their end. The payment had cleared my bank, but they were still sending me emails about needing to pay for my order...so I called them. Actually, I had to call three times before I finally got the right person to handle the problem, but all three of them were english-speaking Americans (how many customer service reps have you talked to who sounded Indian??). Since I had the problem, TigerDirect threw in a fantastic UPS worth $60 with my computer order! WooHOO! Happy Days!! LOL
Just as Amazon is the place to buy books, TigerDirect is the place to buy computer parts and electronic accessories. Trust me, I'm not that easy to please!! LOL
