I absolutely love Tiffany.com! This is my favorite website for fine jewelry. I have purchased many items for myself and as gifts for other people through this website and have had a positivie experience not only with the website but with the products as well, every single time! I really like the wide selection of jewelry offered on Tiffany.com. They have everything from engagement and bridal jewelry, special gift jewelry, bracelets, necklaces, rings and a lot more! Everything I have purchased through this website has always had consistently high quality and looks very stunning and expensive in person. Although their jewelry is on the expensive side, you really do get what you pay for with Tiffany brand jewelry. I also had my engagement ring purchased through the Tiffany.com website. It was absolutely gorgeous and I'm glad I got to keep it after my engagement ended because Tiffany jewelry has a high resale value. I have always received my order correctly and oftentimes it arrives earlier then the estimated delivery date. Tiffany is perfect for all of your jewelry needs from jewelry for yourself or as gifts for the ladies in your life like your mother or sister. I am usually on Tiffany.com to dream since their high end, designer products are so expensive. This was especially true when I was dreaming of engagement rings and browsing the site to get ideas (and dream). While browsing for rings, I looked at various other areas of their site. While there are many extremely high end items, I was surprised to find a nice selection of items in the $100-$200 range that would be affordable for me to purchase or to add to my gift wish list. I purchased a lovely necklace that I get compliments on every time I wear it. It had a thin chain and unfortunately, it broke after a short period of time. When I contacted customer service, they saw there was a store location close to where I lived. I brought the necklace into the store and they replaced the necklace for me. They also fixed the chain on another Tiffany necklace I had from a prior purchase and cleaned it. That was incredible enough, but the customer service person I had been in contact with actually followed up to see how my in store experience was and if it solved my issue. Paying extra is worth it when you have high quality product and you know you will get such wonderful service. Ease of Use The only thing I don't like about the site is the way the products are displayed at the bottom with scroll bar where you have to click on the product to get the full size image and product information. It can make the site run slowly and make it more difficult to browse the site. Product Selection There is a smaller variety then most other jewelry websites, but what they make up for in quantity they make up for in quality and beauty. Product Pricing You expect to pay high prices since this is a designer brand, but some of the items do seem to be priced too high, even for a designer. Customer Service This is where they really excel. Easy to contact, fast response time and great follow up.

The website is very well organized with menu options that allow you to browse by jewelry type, collection type and also by price range. The website is simply lovely to browse through. The photographs of the jewelry and accessories are high resolution and give you a proper idea of what it looks like in person. I highly recommend using the "pick up in store" option on the website if you want to get your item quicker. Another cute and useful function is the "drop a hint" where you can pick out things you like for your significant other to buy online! I had no problems finding suitable gifts on the website and checking out. Great customer service and delivery! Overall, Tiffany.com is one of the more aesthetically pleasing websites to match their fabulous iconic line of products.

What can I say? Tiffany is as iconic in jewelry as anyone can imagine. There is nothing more exciting than opening a gift and finding the gorgeous little blue tiffany box with the perfectly tied white bow around it. First impressions are everything and Tiffany does it right when it comes to that. I own several pieces of Tiffany jewelry. I have no complaints with any of them. I unfortunately do not live close to an actual brick and mortar Tiffany store, so much of my purchasing has been done online either by myself or my husband. The online experience has always been pleasant with our merchandise arriving in a timely manner. I have had a few issues with my jewelry. All my own fault. I have broken a chain twice on two different necklaces and pulled a charm off a bracelet. Each time I have had an issue I have visited an actual brick and mortar store and have been treated well. If my jewelry was unable to be fixed in store, they happily send it out to me and then it is return shipped to my house so that I do not have to travel the hour plus again to pick it up.

For my bridal party, I had ordered silver Tiffany initial charms for my maid of honor, bridesmaids, junior bridesmaid, and flower girl The site was easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for quite quickly. However, I would have preferred they shipped a little sooner than they had. I waited for over 3 weeks for them to get to me and it was an issue because I wanted to order chains as well but I needed the charms in my possession. I wanted to look at the charm on a few different chains before I chose the one I wanted to purchase. I felt that it shouldn't had taken as long as it did because they were shipping from NYC and I live 2 hours away. After a week and a half, I did call and spoke to someone about the issue. She was very helpful and was able to expedite my order. I'm not exactly sure how the order got overlooked, however, it happened. Fortunately, I did get the charms in enough time to give as gifts to my bridal party.

The jewelry offered at Tiffany.com is remarkably good quality. There are gorgeous pieces with a lot more variety than can be found in many other places. The site itself is pretty good, though I would prefer it if they had better search terms and different ways to display things. For those with slow internet speed, having to click through a slide-show to view some of their products is a slow misery. I appreciate how they separate the most expensive stuff from what "normal" people can buy. The glossary of terms is a life-saver for those without perfect knowledge of jewelry terms. The check-out procedure is reasonably good. But, again, if your internet is slow, it will be difficult to place an order online. However, if you call, they will be very understanding and helpful. However, the prices match the quality. If you want cheap jewelry, this is not the place. But if you want amazing jewelry that will last, look here.

They have just the right pop of uplifting color as well. I love their traditional and pretty packaging. The light blue and white packaging has been a winner for a long time. Whenever I buy something from them, it arrives quickly and looks beautiful. The quality of the jewelry they sell is majestic. They sell watches, engagement rings, necklaces, accessories and gifts too. I like the colorful rings they sell the best. I buy jewelry from them on rare occasions because they are very expensive. I often buy their Tiffany perfume. I love the scent, and it smells good on me. I think it is a fair price too. I usually buy their perfume sets. They sell them off and on throughout the year. The customer service representatives are friendly and very helpful. Tiffany.com sells high quality and breath-taking jewelry.

Nothing could ever be better than a fabulous piece of jewelry wrapped in in that little blue box and tied with that white satin ribbon - well, except maybe the excellence that is Tiffany.com and their superb staff. My husband and I have purchased a few pieces of jewelry from Tiffany & Co., and let me just say, their customer service, selection, and quality have been absolutely second to none. The website is beautifully designed and so inviting. While Tiffany & Co. is obviously known for their exquisite jewelry selection, what a lot of people may not know is that they offer a huge selection of other items, such as wedding and baby gifts, household items, sunglasses, pens, decks of cards, etc., all of which can be found easily by navigating the website. The website is clean, beautifully set up and categorized by jewelry type, gift type, occasion, etc. It is pleasing to look at and also lets you narrow down your selection by price, color of metal, etc. The jewelry I have purchased from Tiffany & Co. was purchased with the help of extremely knowledgable staff who were all very courteous and professional, and never once did I feel pressured to make a purchase, unlike with some other jewelry stores. I helped my brother find his girlfriend the perfect Christmas gift last month. She loves Tiffany's but we had to purchase her gift online because she was out of town and we wanted it delivered to her. The online selection is huge. The website is easy to navigate and you can search by categories and narrow by price. We were looking for a ring and a necklace. We found the perfect silver ring and were even able to customize it online. We submitted our request and the website will show you what your finished product will look like before you submit your purchase. That is important, especially when you are spending a lot of money. Tiffany's is not cheap but it is worth every cent. When she received her package, she was delighted. It arrived early and they gift wrapped it beautifully. As soon as she saw the Tiffany's wrapping she was already thrilled. Tiffany's.com obviously takes their time on the big and small details. All the way down to the bow that they wrap around the box. It looked perfect. I don't think anyone would be disappointed with a purchase from Tiffany's.com.
