Thrifty —
I had a horrible experience with thrifty. I rented a car from the most rude woman I have ever dealt with. You would have thought I was borrowing the car from her personally for free. I returned the next night at 10:05 when they close at 10. There were five people in the office in the process of recieving another customers car but they refused to accept the car because they close at 10. I came back the next day and they charged me for an extra day. The same awful woman was there and told me she could not do anything and her manager would be there in 2-4 hours. I then called the 800 number and they told me that customer service only works monday to friday. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THRIFTY.
