Much too expensive, get a second quote
I also listened to local radio advertisement, announcing great local company with great prices. I made appointment and the salesman showed up the next day. Price offered was about double what a top company quoted, for a much better product. Salesman got testy when I advised that I was looking for a second quote. (always get a competitive quote for any home improvement or repair). Thompson also uses deceptive advertisement, giving the impression that if you buy one window, you will get one for free. However the second window installation only is free, not the window.
