Thomas & Friends is practically a house-hold name, especially if you have boys. We purchased this flashlight for my oldest son the first time we went camping - we thought it would help him not to be scared of the dark especially in light of the fact that, for the first time, he was not in his own familiar bedroom. It so did the trick. He just loved pressing the button to light up the tent which was made all the more thrilling when you get a genuine steam engine whistle hooting at the same time. It has a neat carrying handle (the steam) which is just the right size for little fingers and it has to be the most durable toy on the planet. He banged it on concrete, stone and everything inbetween. It didn't in the least bit break or chip. He used it so much we had to change the batteries many times but to me, that just sums up what a super buy this was. I would highly recommend it for any wannabe train drivers!

This Thomas & Friends Thomas the Tank Engine Flash Light is great. I bought this for my four year old son (who LOVES Thomas the Train) and it's perfect for him. It's durable, easy to use, and pretty sturdy. He's dropped it a couple times and it still works great.

My son is three years old and very enamored of Thomas the Tank engine, so when one of his uncles gave him a Thomas and friends flash light this summer he loved it! My son has now owned his Thomas the tank engine flash light for around six months and it is still working well, which is pretty impressive by itself, because all of my children can be pretty rough on their belongings! Even more suprisingly my son still loves his Thomas the tank engine flash light. He likes to play with it in his bed at bedtime for a while before going to sleep, and sometimes even in the daytime he likes to find a dark area and shine his Thomas the tank engine flashlight. It was a rather expensive toy, but well worth it since my son has regularly played with it for more than six months now. He ecspecially enjoyed using his thomas the tank engine flashlight in the yard during the summer, so it has seen lots of wear and tear, and still works perfectly!

Thomas the Train is the first thing my almost 2 year old son became attached to. Thank goodness there are alot of Thomas toys out there! My son loves this Thomas flashlight. He actually has one at our house and one at Mimi and Papa's too. It lights up and makes a chugging train noise when rolled across the floor. It makes the 'choo choo' sound when you turn the light on. It is reasonably priced for the amount of fun it provides and I am glad we have 2! It may be a bit pricey for a flashlight but it does make the train noises in addition to lighting up. Also, Thomas stuff just is plain pricey in and of itself. Brand names typically are. This toy also helps little kids burn up energy as they crawl across the floor making Thomas 'choo choo.' Thomas and friends toys are alot of fun and I believe they are educational. My son knows all their names and colors. This is a fun toy for toddlers!  would recommend this to anyone!

My now 2 year old got this for his first birthday. He liked it, but didn't really play with it until a few months later. Around 18 months old, Thomas the Tank Engine came on TV. His eyes got huge, and he ran off and brought back this toy. It's been a favorite ever since. When rolled across the floor (of tripped over in the midle of the night) it makes the chugga chugga sounds. The light is easy to turn on, and makes the whistle sound as it turns on. A great hit. The Thomas the Tank Engine flashlight is a favorite for my little guy!

I bought the Thomas and Friends Thomas the Tank engine Flash Light for my child about 7 months ago.  It is used every day and never fails to entertain.  Not only does it make cool train sounds, but the light is quite functional.  You can't go wrong buying this for your little engineer!
