Providence Electric installed an outdoor outlet for me one year ago. After calling earlier in the year to explain that the outlet was tripping when it rained and the ground was saturated, he was very quick to say it could not be faulty work and that I needed to make sure there were no breaks in the cord to the pond that would cause the outlet to trip. After calling a few times, I received a return phone call. I found my receipt from the work and the "one year" warranty was 7 days past due.
