This is fantastic for the active person. Not only is the seal completely watertight so it won't leak when tipped, but the lock is fabulous. It assures that the cap won't pop open by accident. I hook the bottle to my purse and never worry that it might come open and spill.

I have used this water bottle almost daily for 2 years now and it is wonderful! I love that it has measurements on the side, I can keep track of how much I drink with the rotating ring at the top, I can see the water level thru the bottle, it washes in the dishwasher well, and it double locks so that it is hard to spill my water!

This is my second purchase of this bottle. My first survived a year of daily use in variety of temperatures, a fall down cement stairs, and my children playing with it... It, however, did not survive a ruthless purge of my basement to minimize belongings, and it was put with donations in error. Finally replaced after months of using other poor imitations. I need a few more!

The Thermos Intak water bottle is definitely a wonderul water bottle. I first recieved one from a co-worker and started using it to save money from buying water bottles. The then eventually bought 2 additional ones because I lost the fist and then cracked the second. The lid is very cool because it locks back when you push it all the way, so when you are drinking, it is not dangling in your face. It also has a spinning ring that you can use to keep track of the number of bottomes you ahve drank that day. Its a neat little addition. Cons: The first bottle had an uneven bottom which made it off balanced when i set it on to a flat surface. It was probably a manufacture defect. I am also concered that it cracked from nearly less than a 4 foot drop. it may have just hit the ground at a bad angle but still. Overall this is a wonderul water bottle.

Holds a good amount of water. The cap works very nicely, preventing spills. Even without the cap sealed, it doesn't spill a lot. And the plastic is sturdy enough that it survived several 3 foot falls onto a hardwood floor. This is all important because I have dropped it a couple of times at the desk. That's probably the main drawback, the oblong footprint makes it vulnerable to being tipped over. That's why I eventually upgraded to a stainless steel Thermos with a round bottom. The tip on my new one works just like this one. My new stainless Thermos also has the advantage of having a 2nd capsule of stainless steel, making it insulated. This is a nice feature in Minnesota. I like to leave my water bottle in the truck & not have it freeze in the winter. Gave my old Intak to a family member living on the coast, where they have a more temperate climate & no risk of frozen. But I have to admit I miss the larger volume of the old Intak, even though the plastic doesn't look as slick as my newers stainless steel Thermos.
