I loved the sippy cup in this line so much that I decided to buy this one for my toddler. It is anything but leak proof. This cup is more like leak prone. I am considering returning it, but I got it on sale so what can I say. If my son does not close the lid, and what toddler remembers, it leaks slowly on it's side. I'm sick of puddles and now will not put juice or any other non water substance in it. It will remain a secondary sippy cup for travel and home. It is easy to clean and very durable. The outside is the same basic design as the first in this line up. Therefore, I know it will last a long time, if I do not get sick of it first. I am sure the plastic on the bottom will fall off like the other one being knocked around and dropped. However, if there is one thing I like about the Thermos design, it is that it will keep my sons water cool on long hot days. There is nothing better than cool water, even for a toddler.

We take the grandkids with us in the car and naturally they need drinks. It seemed we were always having a spill until we bought them there own Thremos.  It is clean looking, hygeienic, has a push button lid with a practical pop up silicone straw.  The thermous is stainless steel, and the double wall vacumn insulation holds cold for up to 12 hours. The best part it is is kid proof, unbreakable and it will stand up to wear and tear.  The exterior of the thermous stays dry so it doesn't slip out of their hands and has a non slip scratch resistant base.  They are the best thing ever for kids - heck I want one for me. They would be great for anyone of any age and the best part they are dishwasher safe so you feel that you can get them cleaner.  The best part is they are BPA free and all of te parts are food contact safe.  Hum, the holidays are coming, I think I will ask for one of these thermos for myself. Decided why wait.

I got these bottles for my kids last summer. I was intrigued by the fact that they keep liquids cold for 12 hours. I was skeptical how well they would work in the Nevada summer heat. Well, I have to tell you I was pleasantly surprised! These bottles kept drinks cold even while sitting in my car during a full day of shopping in 120 degree heat. These are the only water bottles we carry with us during the summer time now. They also are the only ones that I've found that do not leak. I love them for traveling by airplane because they can lay in the bottom of my kids backpacks and I don't have to worry about things getting wet. The only downside is that my 2 year old likes to throw things so I have to watch him carefully when he's drinking out of this bottle. Although he hasn't broken it yet, I've read other reviews that said that the top can break off it it lands hard enough on tile. The cup would not function if the top broke off and they are kind of pricey to replace all of the time. So far, he's thrown it about 4 times and it has survived so it's not super fragile. I loved theirs so much that I went out and got the adult version by Thermos. It's awesome and now our whole family has cold drinks when it gets super hot outside.

The Thermos Foogo 10 oz Vacuum Insulated Straw Bottle/cup is THE best insulated straw cup out there for kids. I have taken our Thermos Foogo on trans pacific airplane rides, into Disneyland for hours -- and the milk that I put in there for my child stays cold for hours! No more worrying about whether or not the milk will spoil -- it won't the milk will stay cold as Thermos claims. The cup is also very durable and has a relatively spill proof spout. I say "relatively" as if your child holds the cup upside down and shakes it, whatever is in the cup will leak out -- but I think this is true for most "spill proof" cups . The only thing that I don't like is that replacement straws are hard to find, and if you do find them, they are so expensive, you might as well buy a new cup. I also want to make parents aware too, that the straw itself is difficult to clean -- I need to clean it by pushing a soapy paper tower through the straw and spout using a wooden skewer. Overall, though this is a great cup for a parent on the go!

My toddler has been using this cup for several months now.  They are pretty pricey but very durable.  They've been dropped around here with no marks or problems.  Most of the cup is easy to clean, but I'm not sure the straw is getting as clean as it should be.  It is amazing how cold it keeps milk and water and how long ice stays without melting.  I send this cup to preschool and it often comes home with a little ice left.  It doesn't sweat so the inside of the diaper bag stays dry.  It's very easy for my daughter to open and use.  When the lid is closed, it never leaks, but if she leaves it laying down with the lid open, I will find a little puddle of water.  I usually only let her walk around with it if there's water, not milk, inside.  I don't like how there are only two colors available for this cup.  I have a son and a daughter so I had to pick the blue one for them both to be able to use it (I plan on it lasting through two kids!).  I would love to see a green or yellow color -- something more neutral and fun.

I bought the Thermos Foogo after trying a number of regular sippy and straw sippy cups for my one-year old son to use.  He never took to bottles and was a breast-fed baby, so finding a good cup that he liked was a little harder.  He always had trouble tipping regular sippy cups back enough to drink from them and the no-leak spouts often gave him difficulty, such that he wasn't able to get any liquid out from them.  So I tried a number of straw sippy cups.  Some leaked, some were hard to sip from, but the Thermos Foogo had neither of those problems.  It is the one cup I reach for each day when filling up my son's drink.  He drinks from it easily and it doesn't leak when he throws it, turns it upside down, and shakes it.  I love that it keeps drinks cool, especially when we are out of the house for a couple hours.  It fits perfectly in his little hands and he loves opening and closing the lid.  I plan to buy a few more.  I only wish there were more colors to choose from.

My three year old son is constantly asking for something to drink but he is also always on the go. The Foogo by Thermos Foogo 10 oz Vacuum Insulated Straw Bottle is perfect for him. I can give him his milk, water or juice and let him take it wherever he wants int he house without having to worry that I'll end up with a spill. I also love the fact that when I put a cold drink in the Foogo by Thermos Foogo 10 oz Vacuum Insulated Straw Bottle its stays cold, so if he has milk in the Thermos I know that I don't have to worry about it spoiling right away. This also saves us money on buying bottled water. Now I filter our water and put it in the Foogo and there is less waste, so I feel like we're taking care of the environment and ourselves at the same time. I guess you could say it's a win win situation. I am very happy with the Foogo and I will be buying more of theses in the near future for my other two children.

I bought this cup for my daughter over a year ago, and it is still the one we use the most. It is never empty! I was it out and use it again! If I put a few cubes of ice in it it will still be cold in the evening, which makes it amazing for taking to the pool in the summer time. I love the stainless steel body of the cup. Because of the stainless steel I feel like I can get the cup really clean, there is no residue like there is with some other cups, no smell of juice or milk lingering in there at all! Her cup has been of course, dropped several times but still looks very new. The cap has popped off but simply pops back on. This is the cup that I give my daughter to sleep with at night because she will always close the lid, and this cup when the lid is closed is more leak proof than other leak proof cups. The cup is easy to clean, the parts come apart easily and are easily put back together. I love this cup, wish I had one in my size!

I have purchased the whole line of foogo products.  I was willing to pay more for these products as they are good quality, good insulators and seem to do a good job.  The straw bottle is of the same quality and has the same problems as the rest of the foogo products I have bought, it leaks.  The leak is minor and only when the bottle is tipped just right.  But it will leak.

I love the Thermos Fogo Vacuumed Insulated Straw Bottle. It is perfect for use in the house or while out and about. We have used these with the one year olds as well as they 4 year olds; neither child has had any issues with them. It definitely keeps drinks much colder. These are great because they do not leak. There's nothing more I hate than to have a cup leaking all over the place. These have been very easy for the kids to open and close. We haven't had any problems with the staws either. Some cups you just cannot get that straw cleaned; not with this cup. These have lasted us far longer than any plastic cup that we have tried. We have tried them all; believe me. These have been dropped and throw so many times and they are still good as new. I love how they don't have that horrible plastic smell to them. Even though we haven't had any problems with the straws I still recommend buying a few extra straws "just in case." You never know when you may need them.
