Thermador Professional series pg304bs/01 Review

We brought the thermador  range  model (pg304bs/01)  in  Oct 2004 from Gems  Applance rt 10 w  , Whippany  New Jersey .  It  was  installed in  November 2004.  The oven has been broken  more times than it  has worked . Thermador  has given us the run around  from the day go  . The screw on the botton of the oven  would work  there  way out  time after time.  Thermador  solution was to put in a bigger screw  . and it still worked it way out. and the oven would ping and make all kinds of diffrent sounds   the broiler came broken  . 

Thermador has  replace  one part  after the other, the broiler  the oven box ,electrical boards   blowers  the fans  the ingitner  and a new oven door .Just about everthing has been replace  at one time . Thermador has stoped making this model but did they tell us that, no way   .  The oven door  fell off due to the screw falling out   after they were put on 3x by a repair  man Thermador sent to our home. .It throw me to the floor. all they  tell us is " I think we have been very good to you ".  Thermador  has sent us one repair man after another parts changers. Thermador  has even sent out a service adviser  Mr Ed Watson and he  told us a diffrent  story on how to work the oven .Mr Ed Watson says you can't  use the seflclean  any more than 2 x a year  and  the repair man that  Thermador sent to us  say it  should not make any diffrence  how often you clean  the oven .The botton line is I still have a broken oven . As of Christmas 2008  in the middle of cooking our dinner the oven  stoped working ..We have tried to find a repair man to fix it .No one wants to work on this oven . Now what do I do .Thermador  will not take our calls or fix this oven. I have a oven that will not work. They  offered to  sell me a new range for  $5000.00  i thermador dose not  make this Model pg304bs/01 any more should you not tell the consumer who has brought this model.My advise to all and every one do not buy anything thermador makes  . if you check the review on thermador  they are terrible  here is list of the names  from  Thermador .
