These are a great alternative to medication!

a protective mom, a frequent headache sufferer, knowledgeable about my illness, one who prefers not to take medication, a mom of older kids, Concerned Parent, trying to be healthier, not a fan of taking medications

Pros

    last for hours, relieve pain, self heating, stay put adhesive, good for muscle aches

Cons
    a tad bit pricey, wish they would last longer

ThermaCare Air-Activated Neck to Arm Heatwraps, 3-Count Boxes  — 

These are great for everyone to use - children and adults. If you don't like taking meds for every little ache and pain - get these and keep them handy. They are great for any body aches that require heat to treat.  They last a few hours and are much more convenient than heating pads because they are portable and you don't have to hold them on your aching body part!
