ThermaCare Wraps are very effective when used properly

    last for hours, self heating, relieve pain, good for muscle aches

    a tad bit pricey

I used this product in the Clinical Trials phase prior to marketing.  If the wrap is exposed to air (per directions) prior to application, the generated heat really can penetrate the muscles.  Relief is long-lasting.  Hopefully the retail price will come down soon!
