a believer in prevention, health conscious, practical, safety conscious, loving this product
Pros

    good for muscle aches, last for hours, relieve pain, self heating, stay put adhesive

Cons
    a tad bit pricey

These are so great, they heat up quickly and the best thing is that there is no cord so you can move around all you want.
