Pros

    self heating, good for muscle aches, last for hours, relieve pain, stay put adhesive, non menthol

Cons
    a tad bit pricey, Only 3 in a box, Generics are cheaper

ThermaCare Air-Activated Neck to Arm Heatwraps, 3-Count Boxes  — 

I had neck pain that was unbearable.  I applied the neck wrap to my neck before going to bed and in the morning it was gone.  I've never had such relief.  Not even from medications. Recommend it highly.
