    good for muscle aches, last for hours, relieve pain, self heating, stay put adhesive, non menthol

 I have had chronic neck and shoulder pain for several years. I have tried everything under the sun for pain, Of course when you are working a pubic job its hard to take pain medication. I tried these heat-wraps. They work great!  Gave pain relief for 8 hours. They don't stop pain but ease it made it bearable to get through the day.
