Therapedic Mattress Customer Service & Quality Is AWFUL

Overall
Rated 1 out of 5

Well, they answer your e-mails promptly, but that's it.  I have a therapedic pillow top mattress that is SAGGING in the middle.  The bed has only been occupied by me..........less than 140 lbs of 5'4" woman.  I found it RIDICULOUS that Regal Mattress (their distributor in Florida) wanted me to BRING THE MATTRESS TO THEM FOR REPAIR at no charge.  HAHAHA - sure, a 3 hour drive each way with a queen size mattress exactly WHERE in/on my car????  It''s not exactly the size of a breadbox.  But WAIT, it's repaired while I wait - AND - I was told of the many lovely restaurants I can visit while I wait!!

Whatever...........don't buy one - quality is awful and customer service is even worse!!!

Therapedic Memory Foam mattress--sags on contact!

Overall
Rated 1 out of 5

This mattress came with a lot of "hype" about the "memory foam" & how comfortable it was.  Not so.  I am the only person who sleeps on the mattress & I have a bad back & an arthritic hip.  It took about 2 months & the mattress had a "sag" in the center of it.  My old coil mattress had the same thing but after 10-12 years!  The "memory foam" remembers alright.  It remembers & it also never forgets, so it never retains its original shape.  The Therapedic Memory Foam mattress was definitely NOT worth the $600 spent nor is it anything close to what the company advertizes.  I contacted the furniture store where I purchased this mattress after I had it for 4...

Therapedic Mattress

Overall
Rated 1 out of 5

I strongly recommend against purchasing a therapedic Mattress.  I purchased my mattress with the condition that I had a 10 year warranty.   Within the first 3 years the foam on the mattress started coming apart.  I contacted President, CEO **Gerry Borreggine directly.  His **Office Manager Sheryl Friedman would not allow me to speak to him and I am sure he asked her to refer me to the nearest office which happens to be north of Dallas, Texas.  When I purchased my mattress I was told the local office would handle my warranty issues.  Turns out I have to drive my mattress north of Dallas, Texas if I want it "fixed".  After sending them pict...

I can finally sleep with no pain and wake up the same way!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I finally am able to sleep in bed again. Until we got this mattress, I was sleeping in my lazyboy chair. I had gotten to the point that I couldn't sleep on our old mattress without my arms going to sleep and lower back pain and neck pain when I woke up. We looked at all kinds of mattress, tested them at various stores and decided that this would be the way to go. My late husband had searched the internet to find a great deal and we ordered the mattress. I was so excited when it came, but my husband told me the directions said the mattress had to be allowed to layout on the bed frame to unfold completely from the packaging for 24 hours. I must say I was slightly disappointed. When I finally w...

Great but be prepared to replace in a couple years!

Overall
Rated 1 out of 5

This bed is so incredibly comfortable (Therapedic visco-elastic Memory Foam matress and foundation) for the first few months of use.  I LOVED it and had I reviewed it -- would have given 5 stars.   Unfortunately, it gradually began to break down and was really so uncomfortable I could no longer sleep on it.  The allure of the bed is that it is comfortable and supportive but it is also very inexpensive compared to the higher-priced competitor like Tempur-PedicI don't know if purchasing a more expensive memory foam mattress would have remedied this situation or if this is a flaw native to all of them, but sadly -- this wonderful cloud of a bed became an agonizing, hammock-y, br...

Absolutely amazing sleep- finally!

Overall

I purchased the Dawn Memory Touch set aprox 6 months ago.  Everyday I would wake up with a sore back, walking like I was 100 yrs old.  Since buying the set, I get in bed and do not toss and turn...infact, I can unmake my side, wake up and the other side is still made...I wake up and have yet to feel a kink in my back.  I like the way the matteress is cool when you get in then adjusts to your body tempature....Unlike other memory foam mattersses, you don't get overheated with this mattress.  I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone .  Also price is affordable unlike others...Want good sleep...Buy one!

My Therapedic Natural LATEX mattress is the best I've ever had!!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

Don't be confused!!  There are polyurethane foam mattresses, visco-elastic foam mattresses, and latex foam mattresses, plus many combinations.  Polyurethane foam breaks down and gets brittle very quickly.  Visco-elastic foam (like the Temperpedic brand) breaks down relatively quickly, and besides, you 'fall into a hole' when you lie on it.  Only latex foam retains its support virtually indefinitely.  It stays flat when you lie on it - it doesn't 'hammock'.  I have had my Therapedic Pure Touch Latex Foam Mattress for five years, and it shows absolutely no signs of 'dipping in' where I lie on it, like my innerspring mattress did after only three years.  The best part, and the only really important part,  is that my latex mattress is supremely comfortable.  It is the best possible combination of a soft surface and firm support.  I love it!!!

This is the worst bed I have ever owned!

Overall
Rated 1 out of 5

After many months of searching and laying on hundreds of mattresses, I decided to purchase this Therapedic latex mattress because the salesman was so enthusiastic and my husband was convinced that this was the perfect bed for us.  The first night this bed was very comfortable, but it's been downhill since.  We have slept on this bed for 3 months and my back is killing me, to the point where I may have to move back onto my old bed.  We have tried every piece of foam available with no help and the bed is extremely heavy, making moving it or even putting sheets on it extremely difficult..  If I had it to do all over again, I would never have bought this bed.

Disappointing... but you get what you pay for (I Think)

Overall
Rated 2 out of 5

I don't know if compared to its much more expensive counterpart, Temperpedic, that I would have had a better experience; but just after a year of use there is a deep sag on both sides of this King size bed.    It's now so uncomfortable that I have to replace the bed.   I could have spent the same amount of money on a stardard type, high-end matress and owned a product that would have lasted many more years than this one.

this has to be the worse one I ever slept on, with a month it sagged down in the middle, with the hard built up sides, it looks like a damned bowl now after six monthes.  never buy this one, you will regret it.

This Bed sags in the middle and 3 months

Overall
Rated 2 out of 5

We Bought the queen size Therapedic Back Rest mattress set.  The first 6 weeks the bed was very comfortable.  I did contact the company because the springs were very noisy.  They said it was normal for the popping and squeeks.  Now the mattress is 3 months old and it has a 4 inch sag in the middle.  I have contacted the warranty dept and they told me to call the store.  I did that and they said someone from the warranty dept will come see it.  I got an envelope with a form to fill out and take pictures to send them.  I have complied and I emailed and snailed mailed that to them and I still have not heard a word back on this.  I previously owned one of there mattresses and it is 9 years old and I love it.  But right now I would NEVER buy another one of there products nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Therapedica was great at first, but. . . .

Overall

We had a queen Tempurpedic that we basically inherited.  New to a memory foam-again, got it used--and after about 2 weeks of adjusting, we loved it.  We decided to get new bedroom furniture and we had to pick a new mattress.  Given that we spent a chunk on furniture, we weren't wanting to spend a huge amount on a mattress.  While we were looking at the selection we ran across the Therapedic.  Loving the previous one, we thought they couldn't be too different, we went with the Therapedic.

For the first year or year and a half, it was great and we loved it. Then, it happened.  It started sinking in the spots we slept in.  We tried turning it more often, but ...

WHAT A JOKE, THE SECOND MATTRESS NEVER MADE IT PAST TWO MONTHS

I would strongly advice any person NOT to purchase a therapedic mattress. It took less than a year for our king size mattress to sag. Dealing with their customer service was a hassle, but they replaced our king. Now, less than a year later it is sagging worse than the first one. The customer service is worse than the first time. What a waste of money and time.

I WAS LOOKING FOR THE BEST BED FOR MY BUCK AND FOUND MY BED TO BE MY BEST PURCHASE I EVER MADE. THE BED WAS RECOMMENDED BY AN OLDER FRIEND OF MINE WHO SWEARS BY THEM. LUXURIOUS AND VERY SUPPORTIVE IS HOW I WOULD DESCRIBE MY SLEEP SET.

Very Comfortable, worth the price.

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

The memory foam that I purchased is simply a piece of foam to insert between a matress and sheets. I am a college student, so obviously the beds provided aren't of the best quality. the Memory foam makes my cheap dorm bed feel like a high quality mattress. I also have many physical problems that require a good sleeping surface, such as restless leg syndrome, back problems, and joint pain. This product is perfect for these issues, and the cost is reasonable.
