Therapedic Mattress Review

This mattress came with a lot of "hype" about the "memory foam" & how comfortable it was.  Not so.  I am the only person who sleeps on the mattress & I have a bad back & an arthritic hip.  It took about 2 months & the mattress had a "sag" in the center of it.  My old coil mattress had the same thing but after 10-12 years!  The "memory foam" remembers alright.  It remembers & it also never forgets, so it never retains its original shape.  The Therapedic Memory Foam mattress was definitely NOT worth the $600 spent nor is it anything close to what the company advertizes.  I contacted the furniture store where I purchased this mattress after I had it for 45 days & they wanted to send the owner of the store to my home to inspect the mattress.  He NEVER showed up.  I then called Therapedic & the receptionist took my name & the nature of my complaint.  She then gave me the Regional Manager's name & cell number.  I've called several times but always get his "voice mail" & leave a message.  I've NEVER gotten a response from the Regional.  This has been 8-9 months now.   I would nOT reccommend this mattress to anyone.  It is awful!
