The Children's Place — 

The Children's Place is one of my favorite places to buy clothes for our son.  They have cute styles and the prices are pretty reasonable.  The sales are great and if you sign up for their mailing list, you'll constantly be getting 15% off your entire purchase coupons.  Combine that with the sales and you really can beat the price!  They even have a great selection of cute clothes for boys, which so many places seem to lack.  The only downside is that some stores seem to run out of certain sizes quickly and you can't always find everything in the on-line store.  But overall I still think it's one of the better children's clothing stores!
