I just got the Biggest Loser cookbook. This is the first cookbook of any (even non-diet) where I would try most everything in it. I would modify just a few things, of course, because I do not go for the artificial sweeteners. All I have to do is allow for a few extra calories that actual sugar or extra honey might add or take a few more steps in my day to burn those few extra calories consumed. What I have tried so far is good!! Cream cheese with the fruit spread on top - yum! I am not a guacomole fan and am excited to try the aspargus version of guacomole this weekend. I am very excited to track my progress using this new and inspiring version of more healthful recipes. With so many in there I know I won't get bored! I'm giving 4 stars for now seeing how it will rate overall for weight loss.
