I have watched every episode of the biggest loser since the first season and it is wonderful.  It has been a very inspirational program to motivate me to get up off the couch and get healthy.  The trainers are awsome and they really truely do change lifes on the show.  They now have all kinds of biggest loser books out on the market so people at home can try and get healthy too.
