value conscious, a busy person, a bargain hunter, interested in positive results, health conscious, into alternative remedies, A realist, try to eat healthy
I've read many books about diet programs. I am not dieting to lose weight - I have chronic health difficulties that require me to be very conscious and cautious of what I eat. — — This is one of only 2 general nutrition-related books that I recommend when asked.
