I've been on many diets, mostly related to staying healthy. This one makes the most sense to me in a long-term health way. You can eat what you want, you just have to focus on portions. I tend to eat fairly healthfully, but I like to splurge as much as anyone else. It's nice to not feel guilty when I do. When you fall off the train, just hop back on at the next meal.
