A genuinely brilliant, mature, extraordinary CD. Constantly interesting on many levels, great variety, always engaging. The songwriting is very strong and truly inventive, both musically and lyrically; the performances are consummate

Not as good as other White Stripes albums, but okay

A few songs are good.  A little different sound than some previous albums, but I would buy it again.  If you are a White Stripes fan, you should appreciate the album and come to expect some variation from time to time.                                                                                                                                                                                                            ... review »

Awesome album, varied sound and style.
White Stripes fan, musically diverse in taste, like to be challenged by bands, a music lover, Open-minded, rock fan, a music lover with vast tastes

I purchased this album after reading several really positive reviews. I was hooked after listening to it once. I love the fact that one track can be ass kickin' rock, and the next has bagpipes. The diversity of this album is astonishing, and makes for a great listening experience.
