Myself and a friend, and our two girlfriends, stayed in the Velenzia Suite, and the room was top-notch. On our first night, we had a bad experience in the hotel, and to apologize the Management offered a $50 credit to our account. We spent it in the Grand Canal, but at checkout we were told there was no record of any credit. We really didn't care about the $50 all that much, but the Manager On Duty offered us a late (6:00pm) check-out, and asked that we go rest in our rooms, and he will call us shortly.
